This is my second order from the company. One turkey plaque and one antler plaque for a whitetail, both walnut finishes. Both products are awesome and were exactly what I was looking for and were a perfect match to the product picture. Real hardwoods, not a fake lookalike. Excellent quality, with a nice matte finish. Both orders came on time, my second one was missing a piece. I emailed the company around 1 pm the day it arrived. They responded and shipped the missing piece by 4 pm the same day (by the way, this all happened the day before Thanksgiving). Accidents do happen to the best companies, but good customer service is hard to find these days. I have zero complaints and will continue to order every mount I need from this company.
