Our elk skull hanger works great for those who would like to hang their elk skull without a wood plaque.  This hanger is a two part system that is easy to use and is designed to prevent the skull from rotating on the hanger. One side fastens to the skull and the other side fastens to the wall. Once both sides are in place you just slide the skull on to the hanger. The 100% steel design also provides plenty of support.

I was initially concerned about how this hangar would perform. I was very happy that it fit my needs. I painted it white to match our adobe walls and it tastefully holds our elk rack over the fireplace.

I ordered the Elk Skull Hanger for my recent New Mexico elk.  I like that it is considerably heavier than the deer mounts and may consider it for the next Africa mounts I do.  The directions could be a bit more clear with maybe a picture and I had to "adjust" the flat iron with a big hammer to fit my skull, but I am still very pleased.  Thank you for a quality product and great customer service.

Love the product. One of the best euro hangers I’ve used. Only suggestion would be to make the hole a little bigger to add in the placing the rod in and removing. It gets bound up occasionally. Not a big issue, just something to note.
